Questions, answered
The twenty questions our phone hears most — about booking, prices, snow, lawns and where we work.
Booking
How do I book?
Enter your street address on the home page. If your parcel is in our service area you pick a service, your home type and options, see the exact total, and confirm with your contact details. We text you to confirm before rolling the truck.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can access the driveway, walks and lawn areas, the crew works without you there. Tell us gate codes or locked areas in the booking notes.
How fast do you respond?
We confirm every booking by text before the visit. Storm days run on routes starting at 5:00am; regular work runs Mon–Sat, 8:00–18:00.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Tell us and we come back. You pay after the visit, so there is no risk in booking.
Prices & payment
How much does it cost?
Snow visits start at $29, lawn visits at $42. Your exact total depends on your service, home type and property — the booking flow shows it before you commit. Same catalog prices on every street we serve.
When do I pay?
After the visit. No card is taken online — pay by e-transfer or card once the work is done.
Are there contracts or subscriptions?
No. Every booking is per visit with its own fixed price. Book when you need us.
Do prices include tax?
Yes — totals on the site are shown taxes-in (CAD).
Snow removal
When do you clear snow?
On storm days our routes start at 5:00am so driveways and walks are clear before the morning. Tell us about priority timing needs in your booking notes.
What do you clear on a visit?
Depends on the option you pick: driveway & front walk, steps & sidewalk only, or the full lot. Walkways, steps and the path to your door are covered by the matching options.
What about Calgary's snow bylaws?
Calgary requires sidewalks next to your property to be cleared within 24 hours of snowfall. Our sidewalk and full-lot options keep you compliant after every event.
Do you handle chinook freeze-thaw ice?
Pet-safe ice melt is available as an extra on snow visits for walks and steps.
Lawn care
When is lawn season?
May through October, with weekly cuts. Seasonal cleanups run spring and fall.
What's the difference between the two mows?
Mow, Trim & Blow is the standard weekly cut with clippings mulched back in. Mow & Edge Deluxe adds a crisp stick-edge along walks and driveway.
Do you bag clippings?
Standard visits mulch clippings back into the lawn. Add bag & haul if you want everything collected and removed that visit.
Do you fertilize or aerate?
Lawn fertilizer is bookable as an extra. If your lawn needs more, tell us in the booking notes and we will quote it.
Service area
Which areas do you serve?
Deep-south Calgary — including Cranston, Auburn Bay, Seton, Mahogany, Walden, Chaparral, Sundance, Silverado, Midnapore, McKenzie Towne and Bridlewood. Coverage is parcel-exact: type your address and we verify it before you book.
My address shows as outside your area. Now what?
Call us — routes expand as density grows, and we keep a waitlist for nearby streets.
Do you serve commercial properties?
We focus on residential homes. For anything else, contact us with details and we will tell you honestly if we are a fit.
What about pets, gates and parking?
Add gate codes, pets and parking notes to your booking — the crew reads them before every visit.
